Canon PGI-72CO

The Canon PGI-72CO chroma optimizer clear ink cartridge is specifically used to improve the appearance of prints. Thanks to a phenomenon known as metamerism two colours that don’t match can appear similar if the reflected light intensity is very strong. By reducing this effect the chroma optimizer makes colours appear bolder and blacks appear deeper. Chroma optimizer also reduces the difference in height between ink droplets giving a much smoother ink layer that further improves the way the print reflects light.
